• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one gila138 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.

• Non-gila138 Employees: gila138 staff, their immediate family members, and partner companies are not eligible to register as members.

3.1 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your gila138 account. You must keep your password and login credentials secure at all times. gila138 will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

3.2 Reporting a Compromised Account

If you notice or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the gila138 support team immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp. gila138 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

Gila138 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian IC, proof of address, or other documents to verify your identity, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. gila138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• For new members, your first withdrawal may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed beforehand.
• Any balance derived from bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those conditions are fulfilled.
• Gila138 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

5.1 Rollover (Wagering) Requirements

All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirement before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the type of promotion. Example: If you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 25x rollover, you must place bets totalling RM2,500 before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per device.
• Gila138 reserves the right to cancel or revoke any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including arbitrage betting or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Wagers on certain games may not count, or may count at a different rate, towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the individual promotion terms for full details.
• Bonus validity periods vary and are stated in each individual offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over the designated period and is automatically credited every Monday.

All betting and gaming activity on the gila138 platform is subject to the following rules:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after submission except under specific circumstances as determined by gila138.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Gila138 reserves the right to amend or void odds in the event of an obvious technical error in the odds setting.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to rapid odds changes. gila138 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.

6.2 Casino Games & Live Casino

• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software or real physical cards for live tables. Game results are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game round, gila138 will attempt to restore the session based on server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be refunded.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to a maximum bet limit per round as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6.3 Betting Limits

Gila138 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits based on their membership status.

Gila138 takes all forms of unethical conduct and fraud seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Multiple Account Registration – Creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Bonus Abuse – Using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, including arbitrage betting across different markets.
• Fraudulent Collusion – Colluding with other players to manipulate the system, including in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Use of Malicious Software – Using bots, automated scripts, modification tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering – Using the gila138 platform as a channel for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• False Information – Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Abuse of Customer Support – Contacting the gila138 support team with the intent of obtaining undeserved benefits.

Gila138 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to verify your identity within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your gila138 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you within 5 business days via the same payment method used for your deposit.

8.2 Account Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons

Members who have activated the Self-Exclusion or account closure feature under the Responsible Gaming programme may not reopen their account before the designated period has ended. This is in place to protect your best interests.

• Users are solely responsible for any taxes or levies that may apply to their winnings under Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim against gila138 must be submitted within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises, failing which the claim shall be deemed permanently time-barred.
